I first created a contact in the workflow and in the drop-down field, Contact ID appears to be missing.

The Data 0 Details Id is the Contact ID; you have mapped it correctly.

The error you are encountering now seems to be related to your Team Pipeline ID. Please ensure that you enter the correct Pipeline ID (Layout) and then try again.
