Hello,

We have two Pabbly connect plans with 20K tasks each. One has a billing date of the 4th of each month and the other one has a billing date of the 21st of each month.

How do the task quota reset work exactly? Do we get a fresh set of 20K tasks on the 4th of the month and then another fresh set of 20K tasks on the 21st? If so, are all of the tasks from our first plan consumed first or are they all combined together somehow?

Yes, your tasks will reset on the 4th and 21st of every month. Since there is no differentiation between the tasks associated with the two plans, all 40,000 of your tasks are shown combined.

Ok, so we just bought another 10K tasks so we are now at 50K for the month. Is it safe to say that when the 4th of the month comes around, our total task usage will decrease by the full 20K tasks of that plan resetting? I want to make sure we are using all of our tasks each month.

Hello @lisab99,

Upon checking, we have noticed that you have purchased the monthly plans on three different dates: 4th, 21st, and 28th of February. To prevent a shortage of tasks or task exhaustion in the next month, you can renew the monthly subscription on the same dates next month as well.

Please note that any unused tasks will not be carried over to the next month. Additionally, whether all tasks are utilized by the end of the month depends on the task usage of your workflows. Let us know if you need further clarification!

How do I renew them on the same date? So are you saying I can renew early before their normal expiration date and it's a pro-rated charge and that will help sync the billing? Could you please explain a bit more please? Thank You

Hello @lisab99 ,

Currently, renewing your subscription before it ends is not possible. If you wish to renew the subscription early, you would need to cancel the existing subscription and purchase a new one based on your needs.
