We had bought the pabbly chatflow few months back yearly plan but we didnt get all things we were expecting and most of the time 2-3 times in a week system toally blank for some hours
we are not 100% setisfy with this product

please cancel this subscription and refund us for remaining months

Could you kindly share more details about the downtimes you have faced, such as the approximate dates and duration, along with any screenshots or screen recordings if available? As per our internal records, the system experiences very brief downtimes only occasionally, typically lasting a few minutes during new feature deployments.

We would also like to inform you that our refund policy applies within 30 days of the initial purchase. Since your plan was purchased in April 2025, we regret to inform you that a refund for this subscription would not be feasible at this stage.

Please share the requested details so we can review your concern further and assist you accordingly.
 
we wanted to manage all numbers in unified inbox not separate separate numbers which you dont allow
Else we have to open dispute with my bank as your product is not promising yet

The separation of conversations for each WhatsApp number is an intended feature of Chatflow. This design ensures that each business number maintains its own context, allowing teams to manage conversations in a structured and organized manner. This is how the system is architected and it cannot be merged into a single unified inbox at the moment.

As mentioned earlier, our no-questions asked refund policy applies only within 30 days of the original purchase. Since your plan was purchased in April and the refund request has been made in October, it is unfortunately not eligible for a refund.
