Bug in SendFox API?

I set up a SendFox "New Unsubscribe" trigger.
Then today, in one day alone, about 30 events were triggered.
I was so surprised that I went to look at SendFox and found that only 2 people had actually been Unsubscribed.
Is this a problem on the SendFox side?
Or is it a problem on the Pabbly side?

Is the Integration within Pabbly developed by Pabbly or by SendFox in the first place?

Can you please share the similar executed task history ID in which you have noticed the same trigger response from Sendfox?
