bulk sending scheduling (continuation)

Hi @ArshilAhmad

In the topic above, you taught me how to postpone an action using Google Sheets.

In this case, when a new row is inserted or updated, it schedules it.

But then I ran into my problem again.

Let's say I scheduled an event for the date 2025-05-26 in the spreadsheet, it will trigger the event and schedule an action for 24 hours beforehand as expected.

But, if I change this date to 2025-05-28, it will activate a new task and thus I will have duplicate notifications with different dates.

In this case, how can I proceed to avoid duplicating the message since you said in another topic that it is not possible to cancel a task through automation?

Hi @hericjr,

We have added a 'Lookup Spreadsheet Row(s)' action step along with a Filter step to your workflow. This will allow you to check the updated date after the Delay is complete. If the date in the 'Lookup Spreadsheet Row(s)' action step matches the date in the trigger step, the next step will be executed. If not, the workflow will stop at the Filter step.
