Buttons not working in flow

I created a flow with several text button boxes and lists, when i run the chatbot none of the buttons work as you can see in attached screenshots. How can I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out. Upon checking, it seems the flow you reported is currently inactive. Could you please enable it so we can test it from our end and assist you accordingly?

The problem presents in every flow, any of the three you see, you can test the active flow named Arquibot V1 and will find the same issue as you can see in attached screenshots. It doesn't matter if it's a button or a list, the flow stops in them.

We sent a message to your WhatsApp number and the flow appears to be working fine. The buttons did return the correct response.
