Can not integrate with different column types in Monday.com

Hello

Can you please tell me how I can map a Formidable email field that collects a person's email address to a Monday.com column that is set to an email column type?

I also need to map potentially multiple responses from a Formidable multi-select checkbox field to a Monday.com column that is set to a dropdown column type capable of multiple selections.

In the Monday.com you have to pass the email address in the Label field and normal email field as well.

Though, we have corrected the mapping and it is working fine.

What about my second question about multiple responses from a Formidable checkbox field into a dropdown column in Monday.com?

I get an internal server 500 error when I try to map the response to the column.

For your multiple response, you have to use the Lookup table action step, where you can pick the checkbox value corresponding to its value in which monday.com takes the checkbox.

This doesn't seem to work for multiple selections.

There are 5 checkboxes available to select within the one Formidable field:

- in-store
- online
- phone
- mail
- unattended

Someone may select any combination of those options, from one option to perhaps all options.

Their response is received into Pabbly as (for example):

online, phone

I need each of those options to transfer to a dropdown column in Monday.com as two separate options "online" and "phone", not "online, phone".

As far as I can work out from that video, I would have to create labels for every conceivable combination of options and they would not appear as individual options within the Monday.com column, but rather they would all be combined into one option.

How can each option selected in the Formidable form be transferred as an individual option within the Monday.com dropdown column? Are there further instructions not contained in that video?
