Can pabbly differentiate between charge captured and charge authorization?

Hello,

I have an ecommerce website that uses stripe to collect credit card payments. The website collects a payment authorization which is later manually captured after reviewing the order. I would like to set up a pabbly workflow to trigger only when a charge is captured but ignore the authorization charges.

The most suitable stripe trigger seems to be "new charge" however that trigger is looking for event "charge.succeeded" this event occurs whenever a new charge is made, including authorizations. However it does not seem to trigger when a charge is captured (perhaps as its not a new charge, instead updating an existing charge created by the authorization?) The event i think i need to listen for is "charge.captured".

Is there a way to listen for captured charges?
Is there a better trigger to use?
Can i use the "new charge" trigger but instead select the "charge.captured" stripe event instead of "charge.succeeded"?

You can use Webhook by Pabbly as your trigger step, and in Stripe, select the webhook event that best suits your use case.
