Yes, LeadConnector is a default provider in GoHighLevel (GHL).

Will I see Telegram leads on GHL conversations tab?

Please provide a reference on this, so that we can check the possibility of the same. If you want to add the Lead on LeadConnector then simply use the Create Or Update Contact action step.
