Google Sheets trigger data is received correctly and other steps run fine.
The same Create Lead fields (email, first name, last name) work when I create leads inside Ligna manually.
Can you confirm if the Ligna Pabbly app endpoint is currently slow or if there’s a known issue / different action I should use to create a lead?”
Ask them specifically:

  • Is there a lighter / different Ligna endpoint they want you to call?
  • Is there a known timeout issue with their Pabbly app?

Pabbly Connect waits for up to 25 seconds to receive a response from any application. The issue you're describing occurs when an application takes longer than 25 seconds to process the request and send the data back. As a result, Pabbly Connect doesn't receive the response within the expected time, which leads to the error you encountered.

In your case, it seems that you are adding multiple rows of data to your Google Sheet at once, which is causing the 'Ligna.io: Create Lead' action step to execute simultaneously. Since it’s unable to create the lead and respond back to Pabbly Connect within 25 seconds, you are encountering this error.


We have made a slight change to your Delay step and switched it to 'Delay After Queue'. This will ensure a gap of 1 minute between each task execution, which should resolve the issue.
