Can't re-activate workflow

I'm trying to re-activate an old workflow and it just keeps showing that it's loading. I tried to clone the workflow and activate it and same thing, keeps trying to load but does not load. When I tried to set up a new workflow, the moment I selected "Facebook lead ads" as the first trigger, the same thing happens again and it keeps trying to load but does not load.

Please try to access the concerned workflow after clearing your browser cache or try using it in incognito tab.

If you still face the same issue please let us know.
