Change email in Platformly

Hi, we need to update a contact in Platformly when a user changes the email address in their Wordpress user settings.

Unfortunately your "Platformly::Update Contact" module uses the email address as key to identify the correct user in Platformly.
Wouldn't be possible to identify the correct contact fetching the ID instead? This would allow us to change the email without problems.

If you want to check before updating the update you can simply use "Platform.ly : Search Contact via Email" action step.

I know that, but it doesn't help me, because for Pabbly the email address is the relationship key to identify a contact in Platformly
Here's an example scenario:

- John Doe is registered as Wordpress user and in Platformly as contact with the email "[email protected]".
- Over a month later, John Doe updates his email in Wordpress to "[email protected]".

Now, Pabbly will use "[email protected]" as reference to connect to the correct Platformly contact.
If I use "[email protected]" it will generate an error, because this contact doesn't exist yet.

Any other idea? Thanks

Can you please share the API documentation from your Platform.ly account, so check the possibility of passing the Contact Id in the action step to update the contact?

Also, can you please share the workflow URL in which you are trying to do that?
