Change payment method to PayPal

I've always been using Stripe to take payments, but have recently added PayPal.

However, there's no way for clients to change payment method to PayPal in their client portal or on our end.

Am I missing something or can anyone assist on this issue?

Hello There!

We would like to inform you that you can the Payment Gateway from Stripe to Paypal for your existing Customer through the Upgrade/Downgrade Subscription option by creating an Offline Payment through the Payable Invoice.

For this you have to add the Paypal payment Gateway to your Plan for which you want to take payment through Paypal. Then Go to the Subscription and Select Upgrade/Downgrade Subscription option after that Click on Offline Payment / Create Invoice option in Payment Method.

Then an Payable Invoice will be generated which you can share with your customer through the sharable link (Invoice Section) on which there will be mentioned different Payment Gateways which you have added in your Plan. Once the customer made payment through Paypal then Customer's Card will get registered in Paypal then from the Next payment the Charges will deduct automatically through Paypal.

Thank you, I have followed your method - go to upgrade/downgrade, didn't change anything, clicked on "Offline payment/create invoice", but nothing happened.

No new invoice was generated.

The client's subscription renews in 3 days on the 20th, and is hoping to change to Paypal to pay.

Hello There!

We would like to inform you that Offline Invoice will be created automatically on 20th March since you have done the necessary changes and they are also reflecting in your system so you can share the Payable Invoice link to your Customer on 20th March, now you have Activate the Paypal gateway (before Payable Invoice link Generate) in your Connected Gateways since it showing Inactive on your system
