Change Response To Start a Workflow

When I created one of my workflows, I did a manual response to capture the events I needed to build out the workflow. However now that I have real responses coming through, I was wondering if there is a way to use a previous transaction as a response, or can it only work when the workflow is in the Re-Capture Response mode?

Hi @bcwash,

I assume you want to see this (previous transaction as a response) on your workflow setup. If that's the case, then yes, you will have to Re-Capture Response and then fetch the data.

Darn, these transactions come in randomly so any good way to time it properly?

Unfortunately, there is no possible way to time the capture of the transaction.
