Actually, I have referred Pabbly to my internal client who was using zapier earlier, and based on my recommendation only they bought the subscription. Such issues will surely harm the reputation of the person who referred. So my only request to you is to please ensure to rectify such issues at the earliest possible. My client has spent 2 days of ad budget and hasn't got even a single conversion which made him talk annoyingly to me.
I enjoy working on Pabbly products and I continue recommending this to my clients provided they shouldn't encounter such issues.
