ClickUp find task by own id / specific text

Hi,

How can we search for tasks in ClickUp (CU) by using our own ID but not TaskID?
For example, I'm trying to Update the task status in ClickUp based on the Freshdesk ticket status.
We put Freshdesk Ticket Id in CU list, but Pabbly needs TaskID by CU instead.

I've used StartInfinity with Pabbly, and you have the search Item function where you don't have with ClickUp.

Please advise.

Sorry, the scenario you mentioned is impossible as Freshdesk and ClickUp are different applications. ClickUp will take its own id to search in the ClickUp application. We have checked the details in the workflow and we did not find any ClickUp action it.
