Currently, we don't support having delay steps inside a router. We request you to kindly remove the delay step which you're currently using inside the router of the workflow named "BM Course - Rs 299" so that further steps of the workflow can be executed.

Further in the upcoming days, we will also support having delay steps inside a router.

But it was working fine since so many days

Why it suddenly stopped working since 1 day?

We request you to wait till Monday as we will be making a deployment after which the delay step will start working inside the routers as well.
