Connect to Google Business Profile

Hi
I’m trying to connect to Google to collect reviews to post to Facebook/. However I can’t connect. I see the message to authenticate and when I hit the connect button it spools for a few seconds but stops and doesn’t do anything
Where am I going wrong?
