Connecting Dukaan with Shiprocket

Hi Members and Experts,
I am sorry if this questions has already been answered but I could not find a detailed answer for this.
So I would appreciate if you can share a video link if it has been answered before.
I am trying to link my Dukaan Account with Shiprocket.
I am unable to find customer name field in the data fetched from Dukaan.
The field is visible but it is just empty.
Can any one assist ?

Would really appreciate if there is a video on this :)

Hey @Umang

Seems like the webhook response which you have captured doesn't have the details of customers but as we can see from the latest history log your customer is.
So, please recapture the webhook response once and then check.
