Constant Contact error

Hi, I've setup integration between Google Sheets and Constant Contact.
But how can we set schedule to once per week? Currently, once every hour for a list of 400 contacts, will consume my quota too quickly.

Any guidance is appreciated

You can refer to the following video tutorial on how you can build your use case. Kindly try this at your end and let us know if you get stuck at any step.

(Though we have used 360 Dialog, you can use "Constant Contact")

Are you saying that I need to start by adding a trigger for Schedule? I followed these instructions, which do not mention starting with a Schedule trigger. see attachments.

As per your condition, yes we would recommend you to use the Schedule trigger event to make your workflow work every week at once.
