Convertkit to WATI integration isn't working

Team,
The work flow isn't collecting the mobile number from the convertkit form.
How to make sure that the mobile number is reflecting in the pabbly.
Pls help ASAP.

I'm getting the error
The application processed the request but returned a blank response. Refer to the HTTP status code above for details.

The task history Id of the workflow which you have shared is already been deleted.

Further, the "HTTP Status Code, 500" appears when there is a downtime or server issue at that particular moment with that third-party application. Kindly get in touch with the Acelle team once as they will be able to provide the exact reason for server downtime.

Moreover, we have checked up on your new workflow with the same name, it seems like you have passed the excessive space in the "Custom Params" field which we have removed and it is working fine with the proper response from the WATI API.

Kindly check your workflow and try again accordingly.

Thanks for the help.
I check with Convertkit customer care.
They say that they don't have control over this and the integrator (in this case pabbly) has to work on this.

Even now the mobile data is not being captured and nil value is reflected.
But in convertkit form the mobile number is available.
or is that i have done something wrong.
