Out of a sudden, there's new requirement / variables for this task, and we received an error

Suggest that your team will set all new requirement to NULL or default so that our setup flow won't break. Otherwise pls advise us (those who are using this task) of the updates so that we can act accordingly.

There's another new variable found!
Can this be leave blank? Kindly include a prompt what to include if blank or NULL. Please advise if you have saw our previous suggestion to include NULL as default for any new variables to be intro, since we are not informed of any updates required!

Also what to include if there's no recurrence? Currently there's no suggestion and must include a day. This are the incident in which we are not sure what to include if NULL

Yes, you can leave the Alternative Hosts field empty if it is not required. Similarly, for fields related to Recurring Meetings, if they are not needed, please enable the Map option and leave the fields blank.

Hi on your reply, we do not know which field can be left empty as there's no prompt / advise like the rest of your work flow. Only when we receive an email stating: Empty JSON .... Then we know there's an error. Even with the message Empty JSON, we still dunno WHICH FIELD has the error!

YOur team used to be doing a very good job in the comments of each field. Even the forum often have praises in the detailed explanation given to us. But right now getting very half hearted and sloppy. Please work on this?

In the meantime, please refer to the attached image to view the fields related to recurring meetings. These fields can be left empty if the meeting is non-recurring. Additionally, any field that does not have a required tag can also be left blank.
