Creating a Kartra Lead when a contact is added to Outlook 365 - Kartra Action event does not show

I am setting up the above connection.
However, after selecting Kartra the action event is blank. There is no option to reconnect Kartra. I have a connection that connects to kartra already...so I know I can connect. However why does this connection not show me the actions. What is missing?

Update to this. I tried seeing if I could use other apps like Google calendar and I get options to create an action. If use Kartra I get no drop down box with options.
