Creating webhooks 404 error

Good night,

was trying to create a webhook and added the URL below in the webhook URL field but getting the following error message.

Webhook URL failed with response code 404 and response text Not Found.

https://buzz.tt/api/pabbly/webhook/response

Just want to know how it will send the event response to our site if the creation of it is failing
