Hey guys,

I need a bit of clarity regarding my Pabbly Chatflow setup. It seems that 2,400 credits out of my total 3,000 have already been used, leaving me with just 600 credits for the rest of the month.

I wasn't expecting this level of consumption, so I'm a bit concerned. Could you please take a look at my account and check if there's anything in my setup that's consuming more credits than necessary? I'd also appreciate any suggestions on how I can simplify or optimize my workflows to reduce the drain.

We would like to clarify that in Pabbly Chatflow, 1 outgoing message = 1 credit. Based on your usage, approximately 2,400 messages have been sent this month, which is why 2,400 credits have been consumed.

In case you require additional credits, you can consider upgrading to a higher plan:

I dont want to upgrade it. I just want to add more credits to it and there should be an option to do so. If you are selling a saas you need to let people use it and also I am not asking to give free credits buy allow to buy more credits if people want. You cannot just sell lifetime offers and then say it has limits that cannot be tackled. Why did you even give offers in first please.
I kindly, simply request to raise a custom invoice and add credits to my account with [email protected] it's SUPER URGENT!!!
request to fix it immediately my business will stop running in some hours if this doesnt happen.

Alright here's the thing, I'm currently on the lifetime plan with 3,000 monthly credits, but it turns out it is insufficient for my needs. I'm only interested in staying on a lifetime plan and monthly subscriptions aren't an option for me.

Could you let me know if I can upgrade to a higher lifetime tier? Specifically, I'm looking at the 10K or 30K monthly credits options. I recall seeing a 10K tier previously (couple of years back), but it doesn't seem to be listed anymore. Could you confirm whether that's still available?

I'm finalizing the requirements with my client and will confirm the exact tier shortly. If upgrading within the lifetime plans isn't possible, I'd like to discuss a refund instead.

As per our policy, Pabbly Chatflow Lifetime Plans cannot be upgraded or switched to a different Lifetime Plan.

I understand that the policy states lifetime plans are not upgradeable. However, my current plan is not meeting my requirements, and I'd really appreciate your help in making a transition.

Here's my situation: if I can't upgrade to a higher lifetime tier, I would need a refund on my current plan. I'm aware that the no-questions-asked refund window is 30 days and that we've crossed that period, but I kindly request an exception here.

To be clear, I'm very happy with the platform and the services. The only issue is that the credit limits on my current plan aren't practical for my usage. Regardless of the outcome, I will be staying with Pabbly. I'll either be moving to a higher lifetime plan or switching to a monthly plan, depending on what gets finalized with my client. In either case, the current lifetime plan would no longer be needed.

I do have existing chatflows and configurations set up on my current account that I need to keep. All I'm requesting is help transitioning to a plan that fits my needs while retaining my current setup and work. I'd like to avoid having to rebuild everything from scratch.

Would really appreciate any flexibility you can offer on this.

Thank you for reaching out and for clearly explaining your situation. We truly appreciate your kind words about the platform.

However, since the 30-day refund window has already passed, we won’t be able to process a refund or adjust the previous purchase.

As an alternative, we recommend opting for a yearly plan if you require higher usage limits. Currently, monthly plans are not available for Pabbly Chatflow.

That's unfortunate. I was hoping to upgrade and spend more on the platform, but it seems there's no way to do that. I'll figure it out from my end.
