I have a sales question


I do not understand the new WhatsApp feature: if I send a message template to a contact, will I pay Pabbly credit and Meta credits as the same?

Hi @sportinvest,

Meta charges you per conversation, which is a 24-hour session based on the message category (marketing, utility, service, etc.) and the recipient’s country. These charges are billed directly to your Meta Business Account.
Pabbly Chatflow uses a credit-based model, where 1 credit = 1 outgoing WhatsApp message. You only use credits when you send a message through the platform.
For example:
If you send 500 WhatsApp messages in a day using Pabbly Chatflow, you will use 500 credits, regardless of conversation sessions. You’ll also be billed by Meta for the number of conversations initiated that day based on their pricing.

So, in summary, no—your Pabbly Chatflow credits and Meta credits are not the same.
