Hello Pabbly Support Team,
We have set up the Meta Leads to CRM integration using Pabbly and the workflow configuration appears to be correct.
When we use “Save & Send Request” and manually test with sample leads, the data is successfully pushed to the CRM. However, new leads generated automatically from Meta ads are not syncing to the CRM in real time.
We have already checked this with our CRM support team. As per them, there is no issue from the CRM side, and they have informed us that this seems to be a Pabbly backend issue, where the auto-integration option is currently OFF and needs to be enabled.
