Hello Steven,

We would like to inform you that we provide GBP currency on our software. You can select the currency once during the time of sign up on the software. Once you will select any currency for your account then you can not change the Currency later. But we provide the multiple currency option to our user for which they have to sign up through different account.

Hello Steven,

We would like to inform you that we provide the Multi-Currency option to our users through which they can Add another Currency rather than the currency they are using in their main account for which they have to go in Multi Currency section under Settings tab then they can Add another Currency with Add Currency option. So, when you scroll down this for adding currency then you will get the option of Pound Sterling (£) which you can add into your account. Once you will Add Pound sterling (symbol: £; ISO code: GBP) then you will get the option to login through that Currency with the same Email Id which you are using for your main account. It will create another account in Pound Sterling (£) currency with the same Email Id which you are using for your main account.

How can I chang I'm main account to GBP? I didn't see this option when I set it up?

If we make this change will it effect anything in Pabbly Connect? As that is what we currently use more of.

If it will only effect subscription Billing account then go ahead as we havent really set anything up yet.

Hey Steven,

Changing the primary currency of your Pabbly Subscription Billing account wouldn't affect your Pabbly Connect account at all. Since you're okay with it, we'll have the primary currency set as GBP for your account registered with "[email protected]"

It will be updated within 24 hours.
