Data management

Hi guys ๐Ÿ‘‹
i have a workflow triggered by my visitors filling out a form on my site.

Then actions are performed using the information in this form.

I would then like to insert the 'Delay' module, so that other actions can then be carried out thanks to the information of the same starting form.

My question is: is it safe? Will Pabbly Connect be able to find the starting information after this time? But also manage the different forms filled in sequentially without the different forms being mixed up? Or should I rather store my information in a database, then retrieve it after this time?

Thanks for your guidance.
Warm regards,
Ludovic

No, it won't be possible to get the starting data. Since the visitor information will be immediately passed to Pabbly Connect as soon as they fill your form. Can you confirm that you're looking forward to updating the visitor information in some way at your end and then you want those visitors' data to be transferred to Pabbly Connect for further processing? Please confirm.

I just tested and so far it works, so I have the impression that I misunderstood myself, maybe with an image it would be clearer, I have attached it. Do you confirm that it's not safe? With 10mns it worked but maybe with 4 weeks it will fail?

The webhook data which will enter at the first step of the workflow will remain the same and will be transferred to other actions steps even after the delay step as provided in the workflow you have setup.

You can test the workflow and monitor the workflow history for better understanding. You can review the data IN and data OUT for each step for this.

Thank you for these details, I was also unaware that I had access to a detailed history of the tasks performed.
So you confirm that my workflow is solid like this, and that I don't need to store my Webhook data in a database before the delay module, then recall them after the delay module ? That the workflow takes care of keeping the data of my Webhook "in memory" for the time delay ?

Yes, we confirm your workflow is set up fine and will properly after the delay steps as well. You can test your whole workflow once and check the workflow history for exact execution of all your steps.
