Data still being altered

Why, when I set up my workflow like this:

Is it altering my data to look like this:
BD1F74E3-B9C0-47EE-8EEF-0B03089FBDDB.jpeg

The field name is “mls_id” NOT “Mls Id” for example. This breaks my custom api when you alter my data.
