Date/Time Formatter by Pabbly, how does it work?

Hello, I am trying to transform a date and time that we get through Facebook. The fact is that on Facebook it says that it is at 9:59 p.m., and at the moment of making the transformation it becomes at 7:59 p.m. When the origin time zone is set to Madrid, and the destination time zone is also set to Madrid.
Why can this happen?

The majority of the time applications process their data in UTC format and perhaps their API too processed lead time in UTC. We can only capture the data and process it, we do not manipulate any data which is coming from the applications.

But you can use the "Date/Time Formatter by Pabbly: Format Date with Time Zone" action step to change the timezone or can use the "Date/Time Formatter by Pabbly: Add/Subtract Time" if you want to change the time difference accordingly.
