I am experiencing an issue with one of my workflows that has suddenly stopped completing all steps after the Delay (Pabbly) action.

Workflow Details

My workflow is designed as follows:

  1. Trigger: Webhook by Pabbly: Catch Webhook
  2. Action 1: DateTime Formatter (Pabbly): Date Duration Calculator (Beta)
  3. Action 2: Number Formatter (Pabbly): Spreadsheet Formulas
  4. Action 3: Delay (Pabbly): For X Minutes (This is the last step that executes)
  5. Action 4: API (Pabbly): Execute API Request (This step is not executing)

The Problem

The workflow executes successfully up to the Delay step, but it does not resume and execute the final API step afterward.

  • Failed Instance (Dec 08, 2025 - Task History ID: IjU3NjUwNTY1MDYzNjA0MzY1MjZmNTUzMzUxMzE1MTYxNTQzMTBmMzki_pc)
    • The run stopped after the Delay (Pabbly) : For 46 Minutes action.
    • The last message was: Success: The response received from the Delay (Pabbly) app is shown below: Status: success Message: Delayed for 46 Minutes
  • Successful Instance (Dec 07, 2025 - Task History ID: IjU3NjUwNTY1MDYzNjA0MzU1MjZjNTUzMTUxMzU1MTYyNTQzNTBmMzEi_pc)
    • This run completed all steps, including the final API action, which showed: Success: The response received from the API (Pabbly) app is shown below: Response: Accepted


The question is if you have any info about this module failing was a one off situation? the Delay (Pabbly) module

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We experienced a server downtime that affected multiple polling-based services.

Impacted Services:

• Scheduler
• Polling
• Delay
• Auto-Retry

If your workflow or trigger uses any polling-based application—or depends on the Scheduler or Delay module—it may not have executed during the above windows. All services are now fully restored and functioning normally.
