Pabbly Subscription Billing offers various customer limit under different subscription plans depending upon the need.
So, please follow this post on the difference between the three mentioned sections in the application.
Let’s understand this with the help of an example –
Suppose a unique customer Ron purchased a total of 3 different subscriptions & got registered i.e. a single customer entry gets recorded in the system.
The purchased subscriptions are of following billing cycle –
=============================
a) Plan 1 – Payment 1 (April) + Payment 2 (June) = 2 Sales
b) Plan 2 – One-time payment (April) = 1 Sale
c) Plan 3 – Payment 1 (April) + Payment 2 (July) as the billing was quarterly = 2 Sales
Therefore, the final sales for customer Ron is 2+1+2 = Total 5 sales
And the final compiled data for the user is –
=============================
User : Ron (1 Single Customer)
Total Subscriptions : 3
Total Sales Total : 5 (the count may vary depending upon the billing period)
Hence, from the above scenario it is clear that a single customer can hold different subscriptions & manage unlimited sales. In short, the customer limit will not impact the no. of subscriptions & sales in Pabbly Subscription Billing.
