Difficulty connecting Gravity to Acelle

I noticed there is No information regarding Acelle in the forum, interesting that more people are not working with it.
As title states. I can connect to Gravity utilizing Webhooks. I confirmed connection. I enter Acelle ID, map gravity to email & fname. When trying to complete connection, error returned is "HTTP Status Code, 500, The application processed the request but returned a blank response. Refer to the HTTP status code above for details."
I look forward to making this connection and package subscribing.

The "HTTP Status Code, 500" appears when there is a downtime or server issue at that particular moment with that third-party application. Kindly get in touch with the Acelle team once as they will be able to provide the exact reason for server downtime.
