Difficulty Tracking Subscription Payments and Need Clarity on Autopay Feature

I’m currently facing some issues with managing our subscription billing, and I’m hoping to get some guidance from the community or support team here.

The main challenge is tracking which subscribers have paid for the current month and who hasn’t. It’s becoming difficult to manage follow-ups manually, and having clear visibility on payment statuses is a high priority for us.

A few questions I have:

  1. Does Pabbly’s subscription feature support autopay for recurring payments?
  2. How does the payment tracking system work on Pabbly? Is there a way to automate payment reminders, or do we need to manually follow up with subscribers who haven’t paid?
Any advice or insights from those who’ve faced similar challenges would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello @Asksur ,

Please find the answer of your concern below,

1. Does Pabbly’s subscription feature support autopay for recurring payments?
Yes, Pabbly Subscription Billing supports autopay for recurring payments. However, it also depends on which payment gateway you are using with Pabbly Subscription Billing. For some payment gateways, autopay is not supported; in those cases, a payable invoice is sent to the customer for recurring payments.

2. How does the payment tracking system work on Pabbly? Is there a way to automate payment reminders, or do we need to manually follow up with subscribers who haven’t paid?

Yes, Pabbly Subscription Billing has dunning management and email notification features for payment reminders. Please refer to the help document below to learn more about this.
