Double execution of tasks

i have setup a workflow in which after the trigger the task is being executed more than twice. so here is how the workflow has been setup: the trigger is payment capture and the action is to send confirmation WhatsApp message. it is sending 2 WhatsApp messages 1min apart sometimes more than 2 also
