Dropbox "New File (Instant)" trigger stopped firing on all workflows since Oct 30, 2026

Hi Pabbly team,
All of my Dropbox → Frame.io V4 workflows (10 active, trigger: Dropbox "New File (Instant)") stopped receiving events on Oct 30, 2026.
What we see in Task History:
• Oct 30, 17:23 (GST): every Dropbox workflow received an empty event at the same moment (trigger step only, 0 tasks, payload contains only eventId / workflow_data.cursor, no file).
• Oct 30, 17:25 and 17:27: two last successful real runs (Dropbox 2 Frame.io Sabrina).
• Since then: zero runs on any Dropbox workflow. No errors, just nothing arriving.
What we already tried (Nov 8):
• Re-authorized both Dropbox connections used by these workflows ("Dropbox 15.01.2026 V2" and "Dropbox 30.05.2026") with the same Dropbox account as before.
• Uploaded test MP4 files to the watched shared folder three times.
• Started a "re-capture webhook response" on "Dropbox 2 Frame.io Sabrina" and uploaded a new MP4 during the wait: no event received after 5+ minutes.
Nothing changed on our side: same Dropbox account, same shared folders, same workflows. Other workflows on the account (e.g. Trello-triggered) run normally.
Could you check whether the Dropbox webhook / cursor for our account was reset or unsubscribed on Oct 30, and re-register it?
Affected workflows include: Dropbox 2 Frame.io Sabrina, Dropbox to Frame.io Stratabeat, Dropbox 2 Frame.io Heather, Emerj, VYVE, OTP 2, RM, TWP, Tumeke, eSafetyFirst.
