Dropbox trigger

Hello I recently purchased the $699 lifetime deal because I need an integration working in real time.
It is a Dropbox integration.
When I had a free account, it said to me that the trigger check will be in 8 hours, upgraded to reduce it.
I upgraded and still kept 8 hours, I need to be real-time more or less.
Please help me,.

We can reduce the trigger interval time to a minimum of 10 minutes but cannot make it real-time. If you want, I can have your trigger interval time reduced to 10 minutes.
