Hi Team!
I've been using the same e-mail parser box for years, and today, it seems like it's not receiving any e-mails. What might be causing that?
I tried forwarding multiple e-mails to it today. I also tried turning the workflow on an off. I even tried initiating the sample e-mail collection again, copying the parser box e-mail addressing, and sending an e-mail to it, but not e-mail parser response ever appeared. Here's a screenshot for reference.
