Hello, try to connect ECWID, and there is no response fields (just "value 0") after Test request. What is to do?

Please establish a new connection with your Ecwid account, place a new order, and then click on 'Save & Send Test Request' to see if that resolves your issue

is there a possibility a test-order at ecwid, (like on facebook lead ads at meta with the developer test tool?)
do you know how long the order is actual for this? (minutes, days...?)

There is no tool in Ecwid that can create dummy orders. You will need to create a new order in the manner shown in the video below.

I reconnected, did a new connection Ecwid #6, an just finished a new order in the last minute. again Value "0"
