Email formatting incorrect. Wrong formatting in sent emails and duplicate email sent

Hello,

I am working on setting up a simple flow with trigger new Zoho email, a delay and action send zoho email. However the formatting in the emails sent with this automation is wrong.

In the body field of the send email action step I am using spaces and paragraphs. The sent emails don;t contain any spaces or paragraphs and everything is one messy chunk of text.

How can correct formatting be achieved for the emails sent with this action step?


Additionally for some reason the email is always sent twice?! - How can this be fixed?

FYI I wan able to fix this by formatting the entire text as html but - I still always get sent 2 messages every time the trigger is triggered. Kindly help. Thank you.

There was an issue earlier related to workflows running twice. Although, it is fixed now and it will work perfectly for you.
