Email notifications for Dunning

For some reason, we never get email for missed payments. If this could somehow be addressed, it would be a wonderful thing to have working in the system. Perhaps if I could organise some support on this because we've done everything we can using the email notification settings.

If you are not receiving the payment due email as a merchant, please check the following:

1. Verify if the email notification "Payment Renewal Email To Merchant " is active in your account.

2. Check the spam folder, as it is possible that these emails might be landing there.

If you still do not receive the email notifications for due payments after following the steps above, we kindly request you to provide us with the email address where you are expecting the notifications. This will help us investigate the matter in detail.
