Why is it that, Emails sent to INBOX only are triggering Email Parser. What about the Updates/Promotions/Forum Tabs from Gmail?

It will fetch all emails irrespective of whether the email landed in Updates/Promotions/Forum Tabs from Gmail.
How exactly you have set the filter in Gmail for forwarded emails to the Pabbly Connect email parser.
