Email Parser doesn't trigger

Hi,

i am using email parser and it doesn't trigger.
i can see that i sent to the correct email and that system recognize - there is "response recived" with the correct info.
but the workflow won't start.

what can be the reason? how to solve it?

Kindly share the registered email address with Pabbly and please check the following video on how you can configure the trigger event accordingly or not.
