Email Quota usage

Hello Pabbly support team!

In a workflow, I set up an automation to send an email when a trigger condition is met.

The workflow runs perfectly but for each email sent it takes 5 counts from the email quota. Why does this happen? By doing so our email quota will be drained soon.

I am the only person using that email, so there might not be others sending email via the gmail account so that it shows up on the quota.
