Email response recapture

Hi, I have been trying to recapture a response to me email parser. My issue is that I am not in control of the email address sending the emails that I wish to capture. So I set the response to recapture the email and just leave it to receive the email when it is sent. This strategy has failed 5 or 6 times now as when I discover the email has been sent I have either been logged out of Pabbly connect or my workflow has been turned to off. So, are there settings for these 2 things, remaining logged in an stopping the workflow from being switched off? Or is there something else I need to do?
Thank you for your help
Regards
Matt

Hi @mdimmer,

You can add a Delay as Step 2 of your workflow, which will prevent the workflow from being automatically disabled. Then, you can wait for the email to be captured in your trigger step. Once the email is captured, you can set up the rest of the workflow and remove the Delay step.
