Enable Communication Channels SMS in Zoho books workflow?

The Communication Channels SMS is set as false in Zoho books integration.
Unable to change value to "true" as no option is available in the workflow integration.
Let me know a workaround as this is mandatory for my workflow to send SMS and how to enable this.

Note: Contact Communication Preference Is Email Enabled is "true"
