Error Adding Worksetup in Pabbly while using Telegram API

No Task ID available — the error happens during setup itself when clicking “Save & Send Test Request” inside the API (Pabbly) step.

Hi team,
I'm trying to connect Google Sheets to Telegram using "API by Pabbly" with a GET method to send alert messages to a Telegram group.
The same API URL works perfectly in my browser, but when I click “Save & Send Test Request,” I get an “Error Adding Worksetup.”

API endpoint used:
https://api.telegram.org/bot<token>/sendMessage?chat_id=<chat_id>&text=Test%20Alert

Please help me fix this. I’ve tried:
Different payload types
Hardcoded message
Verified token, chat ID, and bot permissions
Web works, but Pabbly throws error
