Error sending the Pabbly Chatflow template

I am sending a template from Pabbly Connect to Pabbly ChatFlow, but I am getting the following error:

Error due to Meta policy.

(#131042) The message could not be sent because one or more errors occurred related to your payment method

Do you know how to fix this?

Hi,

I have connected Pabbly Connect to Pabbly Chatflow to send a template according to the flow, and it asks me to add a payment method. Is there a cost to use these templates that I have created in Pabbly Chatflow? Or why are they asking for a payment method?

Pabbly Chatflow acts as a tech provider for Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. While your Pabbly Chatflow plan includes task credits, sending WhatsApp templates requires a payment method to be added in Meta.

This is because Meta applies its own conversation-based pricing and charges directly for different types of conversations (e.g., marketing, utility). These charges are separate from your Pabbly plan and must be paid directly to Meta.
