Error with setting up Facebook Offline Conversion Update Automation

Hi all,

I am trying to set up an automation:
1. When a "Trigger" happens, from my CRM

2. Update and send a "Purchase" event via the Facebook Offline Conversion feature

But I am experiencing the following error

Res2 Error Message:
(#21018) Offline Conversions API is deprecated from v17 onwards. Please use Conversions API. v16 is the latest version that supports Offline Conversions API and can be used till Q3’24

Have you faced this before? Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hi @Rupert,

Currently, we are using API v18 however, offline Conversions API has been deprecated since v16. Consequently, we are unable to integrate and utilize the Facebook offline conversion API. We have reached out to Meta's team and are awaiting a response from their them. Our progress is halted until the Facebook offline conversion team updates their API version.

We will get back to you as soon as we have any updates from Facebook's end.
